Shipping
We ship worldwide. All orders are sent with a tracking number, which you will be notified of by email. All deliveries will require a signature.
Shipping costs are: UK 1-2 working days £4.95, EU 3-4 working days £13.95, Rest of World 4-5 working days £19.95
Please note that import taxes / customs fees apply to international orders. The carrier will reach out to you directly with import and customs fees. We cannot estimate local customs charges.
Returns
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. All product labels must still be attached to the item. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale items can only be returned for exchange. Sale items are not eligible for a refund, full or partial.
The following items cannot be returned for refund or exchange:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines
- Gift cards
- Toiletries, health and personal care items
- Items whose product labels have been moved or detached
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Framed or unframed artwork
- Vintage or antique items
The following items are eligible for a partial refund:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
To request a return for a refund, please send an email to hello@waterloohousebeddgelert.com stating that you would like to make a return. We will reply within 24 hours with further instructions.
The customer must pay for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, e.g. Royal Mail second class ‘signed for’. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may also wish to purchase shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please email hello@waterloohousebeddgelert.com stating that you would like an exchange. We will reply to you within 24 hours with the next steps. We send exchanges free of charge.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
